AI product finder

If you choose the AI product finder, your goals, preferences, language and safety-review choice are sent through Lovable Cloud and Lovable AI to generate shopping suggestions. Do not submit identifying information or detailed medical records. We do not save these requests in an application database or browser storage. Hosting and AI providers may process request information under their own security, logging and retention practices. AI suggestions can be wrong and are not medical advice; you can browse without using the finder.

Scope and contact

This notice describes personal information used when you browse MIRAKO JAPAN, contact us or shop through our Shopify checkout. Contact MirakoJapan@gmail.com or 1-888-603-8778 with privacy questions or requests. Shopify and other external services also provide their own notices.

The main Shop links take you to mirakojp.com, a separate Wix-hosted store. Orders, payments, cookies and personal information submitted there are governed by that site's notices and checkout terms; this notice does not describe or control that site's processing.

Information and purposes

Shopping uses product selections, quantities and a Shopify cart identifier to create and maintain your cart. At checkout, Shopify and the payment services you choose process the contact, delivery, billing and payment information needed for your purchase. We use order information to fulfill purchases, provide support and handle returns, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

When you email us, we receive the information you send, such as your email address, message, order number and any attachments. Please do not send payment card details or unnecessary medical information. The newsletter form opens your email application; it does not automatically enroll you or transmit your address until you send the message.

Technical information and browser storage

The storefront stores your cart, language preference and whether you have dismissed the welcome offer in your browser. Hosting, security and error-reporting services may process technical information such as IP address, request details, device information and error diagnostics to deliver and maintain the site. Service providers and disclosures

Information needed to process purchases may be handled by Shopify, your selected payment provider, delivery providers and customer-support or email services. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect against fraud and security incidents. This notice does not assert that Shopify's checkout or hosting uses no tracking; their processing depends on their settings and services. Retention and international processing

Order and support records may be retained as needed for fulfillment, returns, accounting, tax, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Retention varies by record and service; we do not promise a fixed deletion date for all information. Providers may process information outside your country, where privacy rules may differ. Browser preferences remain until you clear them or your browser removes them.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent or appeal a decision. Email us with the subject 'Privacy request' and explain your request. We may need to verify identity using proportionate information; please do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel. Legal retention requirements may limit deletion. You may contact your local privacy authority where applicable.

You can clear browser storage, control cookies in your browser and use the privacy choices available at Shopify checkout. To stop promotional email, use any unsubscribe option provided or email us. Privacy rights concerning sale, sharing or targeted advertising depend on applicable law and the actual services in use; contact us to request the choices available to you.

Children, security and updates

This storefront is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice when practices change; the date above identifies this version.
