These terms describe use of this storefront and purchases from MIRAKO JAPAN. Review product information, these terms and the shipping and returns policies before ordering. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded or limited by these terms.

Orders, prices and payment

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Product availability and the final price, currency, discounts, shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. A cart is not a reservation. Payment is handled through Shopify checkout and the payment provider selected there.

If a pricing error, availability issue or delivery restriction affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it or explain cancellation and refund options. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. Promotions are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer and at checkout.

Delivery, changes and returns

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; it may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.
